Dear Friends,

Welcome to the new website for Catholic Memorial High School. Here at CMH we are very proud not only of our young people and school, but also of this internet window by which the entire world can learn about the great things that happen here at CMH, a place where " The Spirit Makes the Difference".

In 1999, St. Isidore, Archbishop of Seville, began being referred to as the Patron Saint of the Internet. Known for his desire to establish libraries wherever he went, and his own prolific writing, St. Isidore made clear that for a person to reach their full potential they must let informed learning about the world underlie their faith, and that a full understanding of the faith will clarify what is observed in the world.

In these web pages you will see how CMH carries on the tradition of St. Isidore. In faith, our young people learn theology, develop prayerful lives, and put into action our motto Caritas in Omnibus (Charity in All Things). Of the world, our young men and women learn the knowledge and critical thinking needed to go far in it; they learn that the world needs people of faith, and that the faith of the young has the potential to change the world. With encouraged faith, and robust learning, the Catholic education offered by CMH promises great futures to all who pass through our halls.

Whether an alumnus or past parent reconnecting, a future parent choosing the best school for your children, or simply someone who values our mission, this website can be your entryway to information and participation in the CMH community. Together, building on our Catholic faith and trusting that the presence of the Holy Spirit does make all the difference, we can accomplish our shared goal of graduating young men and women prepared to have a positive impact on our world. Together, we will graduate zeal-filled young people who are happy, healthy, and holy!

Thank you for your visit, and your prayerful support.

Sincerely yours in Christ,

Very Reverend Paul B. R. Hartmann
