Admissions Process

Admissions Procedure for Incoming Freshmen

1. Complete and submit Application for Admission with $25.00 Application/Testing Fee by October 31st. All applicants with completed application submitted prior to that date will be notified of acceptance decision by January 1, 2008.
2. Register for Placement Test by November 1st. All prospective students taking the Placement Test must have a completed application on file.
3. Placement Test dates are Friday, November 7th, and Saturday, November 15th. Students are required to take this test on either one of the dates. Results of testing will be mailed to famiies during the first week of January.
4. All registration materials will be mailed to prospective families during the first week of January.
5. Registration Night is Monday, January 26th. A completed application and $25.00 fee must be on file prior to registration.

Admissions Procedure for Transfer Students

1. Contact Mary Hutchens in the Office of Admissions to begin the process — 262-542-7101, ext. 204.
2. Complete and submit Application for Admission along with $25.00 application fee.
3. Complete first page of the CMH Clearance Form and ask student's current school counselor or school official to complete the second page. The Clearance Form is then sent directly from student's current school to CMH.
4. After the Application and Clearance Form are received, a decision regarding acceptance will made and the family will be notified.
