International Baccalaureate (IB) Programs!

Catholic Memorial is one of only three Catholic high schools in the state of Wisconsin to be approved to offer the IB Diploma Program, and the only Catholic high school in the state to offer the International Baccalaureate Career Program (IBCP).

IB is an internationally recognized program of study and is considered the most rigorous curriculum that can be offered at the high school level. It is a two-year program that encourages thoughtful analysis from a global perspective.

CMH began implementing the diploma program in 2005, allowing students the opportunity to earn college credit by participating in the IB courses and finishing the assessments required in each course. CMH started offering the IB Career Program in the fall of 2015 giving students the opportunity to apply to be a full IB Diploma, Career Program candidate student, or enroll in IB courses individually. Currently, all CMH students have enrolled in at least one International Baccalaureate course during grades 11 and/or 12.

Since 2005, more than 300 CMH students have earned the IB Diploma, which is one of the most prestigious academic credentials available to high school students in the world. Many CMH students earned 30 or more college credits as a result of their work in the IB program. CMH currently offers 32 IB courses.
