Counseling Center

Advising and Counseling

All students are served by the Counseling Center and assigned to one of our school counselors for all four years of their high school career. Counselors are available to speak with students throughout the school day. Appointments are encouraged to ensure both privacy and an uninterrupted block of time for the student.

The Counseling Center provides a wide array of resources, activities and information for students and parents/guardians within their virtual spaces. Please visit the Virtual School Counseling Lobby and/or your school counselors virtual office by clicking the links below.

On-Site Counseling Services

Catholic Memorial High School has partnered with Christian Family Solutions to provide on-site mental health counseling services at Catholic Memorial High School. Our school is committed to providing comprehensive systems of support for our students that are an extension and complements the services provided by the school faculty and staff. By removing barriers for students and families such as transportation and scheduling conflicts, on-site mental health services can help students access needed services during the school day.

Christian Family Solutions therapists offer confidential assessments, interventions, and counseling services to help students address and overcome mental, emotional, and behavioral issues that may be interfering with personal, family, interpersonal or school success. They combine the unconditional love of Jesus with effective counseling strategies. Students who have accessed counseling services in the past have been able to become more focused, resilient, and ready to learn. Most of all, they are reassured they are dearly loved children of God.

Students and families interested in the services provided by Christian Family Services may contact their school counselor for more information about the referral process.
